RESERVATIONS |

| We
will begin accepting reservations for the 2007 season on January 15, 2007. There is a 2 night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Group rates are available. |

||
|
Deposits |
||
| A Deposit of one nights stay for each room reserved is required to hold reservations. Deposit must be made within 10 days after the reservation is made. Final payment is made at the time of check-in. | ||
|
Cancellation Policy |
||
|
All cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee per unit reserved. Cancellations received within two weeks of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. |

|
Guest Policy |
||
|
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4 p.m. the day of arrival and check-out is 11 a.m. the day of departure. Rooms must be paid for in full at the time of check-in either by credit card or cash. Upon check-in a signed credit card receipt will be held on file as a security deposit. No checks will be accepted at the time of check-in. |

Vehicle Parking: We strongly encourage you to leave your vehicle parked on the mainland as it is not necessary to bring your vehicle to the island. There is ample free parking provided by each ferry line. Golf cart rentals are available on site. |

|
Miscellaneous: Pets cannot be accommodated. To maintain the peaceful and private nature of The Lodge absolutely no unregistered guests are allowed at The Lodge. To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, the hosting of parties or unruly behavior will not be permitted at any time. Eviction and forfeiture of rents paid, plus damage charges, are possible consequences of these acts. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation. We will make every effort to accommodate your special requests. We can arrange such special services as: sail or powerboat charters with licensed Captains, use of our privately owned fishing pier (catch and release), dinner reservations and charter air or boat transportation to and from other islands. |
